The following is a binding agreement between you ("Client") and Shaznem Enterprises T/As Fate By Design, actioned upon scheduling of a NLP/Hypnotherapy/Coaching/One-on-One Session with any of our Fate By Design Practitioners ("Practitioner").
By scheduling a Session and submitting your deposit, you indicate consent with this agreement. You also acknowledge and accept the terms of this agreement for any and all Sessions you may schedule and/or participate in for the future.
Should you need to cancel your Session, our refund agreement reflects the fact that we may incur expenses of your course before you arrive should we have had to rent a premises, travel to meet you, and block out time for the day, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Breaking your agreement at a late date means that we are unable to reschedule that time and will not be able to recoup the loss. If you won't be able to attend your Session, please let us know as soon as possible as it is unlikely that we can fill your time slot at the last minute.
If, for any reason, you cannot attend the Session, you may re-assign your attendance to another date according to the table below. Fate By Design will require advanced written notification of any changes in the attendee's name and contact information.
All cancellation and transfers must be submitted to Fate By Design in writing via written letter or email. While voicemail will not be an accepted method of cancellation, enrollees may call the number provided in their welcome email and speak to Fate By Design for consultation.
Cancellation will be considered official from the date written confirmation is received by Fate By Design.
Any product bonuses given to you at the time of scheduling must be returned in resellable condition to receive credit for those items. If any of the items are damaged or worn such that they cannot be resold, the cost of those items will be deducted from any refund given.
Our Session Cancellation agreement is as follows:

This cancellation fee can be kept as credit and applied to future bookings made in the next 12 months, should the client request.
PAYMENT DUE
Minimum payment is due immediately upon enrollment. No session will be held without payment. The balance of your payment is due based upon a calculated rate listed on your enrollment agreement. Enrollee may attend the session, provided the enrollee's account is in good standing with up-to-date payments.
If the enrollee should default on any payment, the enrollee will have ten (10) days to rectify the situation. When the session is within 30 days of the defaulted payment, the enrollee will have 72 hours to rectify the situation.
In either case, if the situation is not rectified in the time given, the future pre-booked sessions may be cancelled by Fate By Design and no refund will be available. If the enrollee should default on any installment payment or be in Accounts Receivables 60 days prior to the scheduled Session, the result may be cancellation of the session and the above Cancellation Agreement will apply.
Any bounced payments will incur a surcharge of $30USD
All dates and locations are subject to change without notice and such changes will not affect the terms of this Cancellation Agreement.
GUARANTEE
Your results are guaranteed with Fate By Design for a period of six months.
At the start of each session, we will mutually agree on your desired outcome. If that outcome is not met after the quoted period, we will work with you for free until the results are achieved, provided that you have been open and honest during the session and have participated completely, including all assigned tasks.
Shannon is trained at high levels of several disciplines, so if one approach doesn’t work, he can find out what is working and what isn’t working and take another approach.
Our guarantee is a "results guarantee," not a "money-back guarantee." Once a session has been completed, there is no possibility for refund as the Practitioner must spend a considerable amount of time, effort and energy to conduct a Session with you.

FOOD, ACCOMMODATIONS AND TRAVEL
Food, accommodation and travel are not included in the session price and are the sole responsibility of the Client.
FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for damages for any delay or failure of delivery arising out of causes beyond our reasonable control and without our fault or negligence, including, but not limited to, Acts of God, acts of civil or military authority, fires, riots, wars, embargoes, Internet disruptions, hacker attacks, or communications failures.WARRANTY
You agree that this session are provided as-is and without warranty for personal development purposes only. You also agree to hold harmless and indemnify Fate By Design, it's agents and Shannon Boyd against any and all claims and actions arising out of the use of these courses and sessions, including, without limitation, expenses, judgments, fines, settlements and other amounts actually and reasonably incurred in connection with any liability, suit, action, loss, or damage arising or resulting from your participation in the courses/sessions.
